By purchasing two homes, we relocated ourselves and a daughter and her children from Northern Virginia to the Lake Norman area of North Carolina. We appreciated the helpfulness of the sales personnel at both communities. We are very pleased with the size and layout of both homes, in their semi-rural settings, one in the Mt. Mourne area of Mooresville and the other in the small town life of Davidson, where we can enjoy both the nearby cattle and horse farms, yet be in close driving distance to all the commercial businesses we ever need. It’s great to be near Charlotte too where there’s always plenty of new places to explore and enjoy. As I was looking for a new home in the Charlotte Huntersville area I was searching for a quality builder that focused on the home buyer. The Sales Team did a great job of keeping me updated thru regular calls and weekly pictures with the building status of my home.

I closed on my new CedarCroft home the first week of January; the punch list of follow up items was very short and all but two items have been resolved.
